Food Ingredients Europe 2022 in Paris – For the first time with IOI Oleo GmbH

Full of anticipation, the teams from our business units “Nutrition” and “Basic Oleo” traveled to Food Ingredients Europe 2022 in Paris and presented IOI Oleo GmbH to more than 21,000 visitors from over 135 countries. For us, participating in this leading trade fair for the food industry with our own stand was the first time, and we were therefore very excited to hear the feedback from the visitors.
Our company motto, “Expertise and Passion for Esters” is our mission and an expression of our daily work. Hence, we are accordingly proud of the youngest member of our product family, our WITARIX® MCT powder AC8CN (You can find all details about WITARIX® MCT powder AC8CN in this article), which we also presented at this trade fair.
The purity and high oil content of our MCT powder sparked many stimulating discussions. And the great team spirit has contributed to the fact that not only did our products shine, but that IOI Oleo GmbH was also perceived positively.
Looking back, we have taken a very positive impression of this fair and look forward to being able to deepen the many discussions and contacts made at this year’s FIE in Frankfurt. From November 28th to 30th we will again be represented with our own booth. Of course, we always have an open ear for those for whom the time until then is too long:
Ulrike Stegger
Ulrike Stegger is Product Manager Nutrition at IOI Oleo GmbH. She joined the company in 2012 following positions in consulting and sales in well-known medium-sized and international firms. She has gained a wealth of experience with the most diverse raw materials – from lecithins and phospholipids to starches and hydrocolloids right through to monodiglycerides and MCT oils – and their modes of action in the production of food and nutritional supplements. Ulrike is the mother of a son and is interested in sports.
