Our aim is to create a working environment in which our IOI colleagues feel valued, understood and supported. We put people at the center of everything we do. We, a six-strong People & Culture team, are dedicated not only to recruitment, but also to fostering a culture that promotes diversity and gives everyone the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our work is based on respect, continuous learning and finding solutions together.

Whether it’s training, career development or daily well-being, we want to ensure that everyone receives the support they need to develop both professionally and personally.
