With IOI Oleo GmbH you have the sustainable choice

23. December 2020

In recent years, the topic of sustainability has become a real trend for the industry and consumers.

Here the focus is not only on the reduction of packaging materials, for example, but increasingly also on the product ingredients and the origin of the raw materials used.
IOI Oleo GmbH has already been addressing the topic of sustainability for a long time now and offers its customers diverse solutions. Especially in the area of MCT oils (medium-chain triglycerides), we offer one of the broadest product portfolios.

We produce a large variety of different palm-based MCT oils, which we can supply as RSPO MB (mass balance) or SG (segregated) certified. They include, among others, MCT oils manufactured using caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) fatty acid chains with a ratio of 60/40 or 70/30.  In addition, with our WITARIX® MCT C8, we offer a product based purely on C8 fatty acid.

Sustainability is firmly anchored in our values and principles. To meet this standard we have set ourselves, the entire IOI Group is not only RSPO-certified, but also one of the founding members of this organisation (Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil). Moreover, IOI Oleo GmbH has committed itself to the promotion of sustainable palm oil in FONAP (Forum für Nachhaltiges Palmöl) since 2013.

In addition to our products made from sustainable RSPO-certified palm oil, we also supply palm-free variants on request, for example WITARIX® MCT CN, which consists entirely of coconut-based raw materials.

With our production processes, we are able to respond flexibly to our customers’ requests and meet individual requirements!

Have we captured your sustainable interest? If so, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to receiving your enquiries.
