Our debut as an exhibitor at CPHI China

In recent years, we have strategically strengthened our presence in the future-oriented Asian market: we have entered into new distribution partnerships and participated in numerous trade fairs. Together with our Chinese partner Beijing Fengli, we are now exhibiting at CPHI 2024 in Shanghai, emphasising our commitment to this dynamic and exciting region. Four experts from the Pharma business unit will be presenting IOI Oleo GmbH and our high-quality and proven portfolio. First and foremost, our highlights IMWITOR® 742 and MIGLYOL® 812 N Excipient, for which we recently completed the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP) registration.
During last year’s visit to CPHI China, the pharma team realised how crucial this trade fair is for understanding and developing the Asian market. Through exciting discussions, we understood that many interesting projects could be initiated with an increased presence. We are therefore exhibiting at the trade fair and putting our products IMWITOR® 742 and MYGLIOL® 812 N in the spotlight (read the article: Regulatory innovations – milestones for the Chinese market).

The motto speaks for itself and we can only confirm this impression. After completing his training to become a Foreign Trade Merchant, Hendrik Wöhlk graduated in International Business Administration and has been working in the pharma industry for more than 25 years now. For the past 10 years, he has been in charge of our Pharma business unit. After many years in several trading and production companies in the fields of pharmaceutical raw materials and generics development, he has a wealth of experience in sales and in the product management of pharmaceutical raw materials and fine chemicals, as well as in drug development. Hendrik is an active handball player with a big heart and team spirit. Moreover, he is enthusiastic about the audiophile reproduction of simply good music.
