Preparation
1. Disperse Sucrathix® in phase A under stirring and heat to 80°C.
2. Heat phase B to 80°C.
3. Add phase B to phase A under constant stirring and stir till the mixture reaches 40°C.
4. Add phase C to phases A/B and homogenize (3 min @ 12.000 rpm)
5. Adjust the pH to pH 4.0 - 4.5 if necessary.
