Preparation
Cold process formula
1. Weigh and homogenize (2 min at 9.500 rpm) phase B0; let phase B0 rest for 15 min before further processing
2. Weigh phase B and add to B1
3. Homogenize for 30 sec at 9.500 rpm
4. Mix phase A
5. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize (3 min at 12.000 rpm)
6. Adjust pH with phase C to 5.3 ± 0,2
Formula Data
pH: 5,0 - 5,5
Viscosity: 6.000 mPas (Sp4 / 2,5 rpm)
Stability Test: Passed (stable for three months at 20°C, 40°C & 50°C)
Challenge Test: Passed
