Electronics Technician (m/f/d) with Supervisory Responsibilities – Production Maintenance
You want to…
- coordinate maintenance and repair work on electrical systems, machinery, and the process control system, and actively assist in carrying out these tasks.
- actively support the workshop manager in the day-to-day operations of the electrical workshop.
- prioritize malfunctions, plan assignments, and provide technical guidance to colleagues during repairs.
- independently analyze faults and troubleshoot malfunctions in production equipment.
- contribute to and actively drive technical improvements and modifications.
- assume responsibility as part of the on-call duty roster.
We are looking for…
- a completed apprenticeship as an industrial electronics technician, power plant electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
- several years of experience in maintenance at a production facility, ideally in the chemical industry.
- initial experience in providing technical guidance to colleagues or in a foreman role
- knowledge of control technology (PLC / process control) as well as proficiency in common IT applications.
- a structured, responsible work ethic, team spirit, and assertiveness
- willingness to take on responsibility in day-to-day operations and technical decision-making.
