You would like to…

• Supervise import processes and communicate with customs offices.
• Keep track of raw material arrivals from overseas (e.g., ship arrivals).
• Place transport orders and coordinate delivery dates with shipping companies.
• Record purchasing contracts and orders and post raw material arrivals.
• Process complaints and request transport documents.
• Communicate with other departments regarding raw material and delivery planning.

We are looking for…

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on logistics, wholesale and foreign trade, or industry.
• Initial professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or transport management—preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Ideally, a sound understanding of logistics processes, import handling, and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in dealing with freight forwarders, internal interfaces, and external partners.
• An independent and structured way of working.
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems).
• Team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
