Get out of theory and into practice – the profound training of young professionals is particularly important to us. We train young people in different qualified occupations at our three locations. At IOI Oleo GmbH, around 15 apprentices are currently learning everything that is important in the respective job.

In addition, we also offer internships for professional orientation and the support of academic theses.

Our headquarters with sales and administration as well as our modern CARE Studio (an application laboratory for the cosmetics sector) are located in Hamburg. Here we train you to become a merchant (m/f/d) in foreign trade.

If you are an apprentice from Witten or Wittenberge, you will get comprehensive insights into all relevant areas from accounting to marketing & sales in Hamburg.

At our well established production site in Witten (in North Rhine-Westphalia near Bochum), we manufacture a wide range of chemical raw materials for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries as well as for technical applications. In Witten we train you to become a chemical technician and industrial clerk (m/f/d).

The second production site in Wittenberge (in Brandenburg) is currently on a growth path. Future-oriented investments combined with decades of experience open up promising opportunities for you here in the region of Prignitz. We offer a broad range of training in qualified occupations (m/f/d): chemical technicians, chemical laboratory technician, industrial mechanics, electronics technicians for operating technology, industrial clerks and specialists for warehouse logistics.

Of course, you will also get to know the other locations as well as your apprenticeship colleagues during your training.
