You want to…

• coordinate the internal network of our personal care application laboratory.
• work closely with our Research and Development department to coordinate and answer technical questions from our customers and business partners.
• support our sales team at internal and external customer workshops.
• develop innovative cosmetic formulations that emphasise the benefits of our raw material portfolio.
• manage the production of cosmetic prototypes with external partners to optimise our sales support.
• produce technical formulation dossiers to support technical marketing.
• carry out physical measurements independently and analyse the results.
• present your results clearly and convincingly – both internally and to customers and business partners.
• represent our company at trade fairs and events and gain new impulses.

We are looking for…

• a successfully completed degree in cosmetics technology or chemistry or completed training as a CTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• technical understanding and sound specialised knowledge in the field of chemistry.
• professional experience in the development of cosmetic raw materials and/or in formulation development.
• enthusiasm for cosmetics and experience of working in a chemical/cosmetic application laboratory.
• a structured and reliable way of working – ideally in an interdisciplinary and international team.
• an analytical and solution-orientated way of thinking.
• very good communication skills in German and English and a proactive approach.
• good MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
• willingness to travel occasionally.
