You want to…

• assume overall responsibility for production, technology, project management for operational projects and logistics for our two production sites in Witten and Wittenberge
• work closely with management, R&D and sales to ensure that efficiency, quality and sustainability are guaranteed along the entire value chain
• assume responsibility for operations excellence, KPIs, cost optimisation and quality assurance
• shape and implement the strategic direction of the production sites (and any M&A options) and drive process optimisation
• ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental and quality standards (e.g. GMP, cGMP, ISO 9001, HACCP)
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes

We are looking for…

• several years of management experience in operations, ideally in the chemical or oleochemical industry
• a degree in chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• sound knowledge of production management, project management, lean management and supply chain
• a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality and a leadership style at eye level
• strong communication skills in German and English
• a colleague (m/f/d) who is interested in this responsible key position with great creative freedom and short decision-making paths
